George is a Senior Research Fellow at the Centre for Epidemiological Modelling and Analysis (CEMA) at the University of Nairobi.
He holds a PhD in Epidemiology from the University of Minnesota, and a Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Nairobi.
He specializes in applied epidemiological modeling, and data analytics integrating field data with computational methods to develop decision support systems, and predictive tools, and generate actionable insights into human-animal health systems, disease surveillance and control, risk assessment, and public health policy. His interests span developing data intelligence systems bridging human, animal, and environmental health under a One Health lens.
