Noel is an administrative officer with eight years’ experience, five of which are in project management dealing with maternal and neonatal health and sexual reproductive health. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from The University of Nairobi and is currently pursuing a Masters in Medical Sociology from the same university.
