CEMA is seeking a Scientific Coordinator with passion and demonstrated skills in health research and science coordination. The role ensures smooth execution of clinical research projects, facilitates collaboration among scientific teams, and manages relationships within CEMA's clinical research networks nationally and across the continent.

  • Coordinate CEMA's health research activities across partner countries, including multi-country clinical trials and antimicrobial resistance surveillance
  • Oversee design, implementation, and ethical conduct of health research ensuring data quality and regulatory compliance
  • Lead dissemination of research outputs through publications, reports, and policy briefs
  • Organize capacity-building initiatives including workshops, training courses, and conferences
  • One (1) year contract, renewable subject to performance and availability of funds
