Jeff Oloo Odhiambo is a Health Technology Assessment (HTA) Fellow at CEMA. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Nairobi and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Economics at the same institution.
Jeff’s academic and professional interests lie at the intersection of health economics, policy evaluation, and evidence-based decision-making. He is passionate about applying economic analysis and data-driven insights to improve healthcare resource allocation, technology adoption, and public health outcomes in Kenya and beyond.
He is skilled in using R for data analysis, and visualization, and continues to build expertise in quantitative methods that support policy-oriented research. Through his engagement at CEMA, Jeff aims to contribute to research initiatives that strengthen the role of HTA in guiding equitable and efficient healthcare investments. He aspires to advance the use of economic modeling and policy analytics to inform sustainable and resilient health systems across Africa.
