Nicole Ashley Muthoni

Wangui has joined CEMA as a Data Science Intern, where she supports data-driven research through statistical programming and analytics across various CEMA projects. Her responsibilities include managing and cleaning health-related datasets, applying statistical and machine learning techniques, developing visualizations and reports, and collaborating with research teams to deliver data-informed insights.

Nicole recently completed a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology.

Beyond academics, she volunteers with RAI Alliance, a pioneering non-profit organization dedicated to promoting responsible artificial intelligence practices in Kenya and beyond. Outside of work, she enjoys crocheting, a creative hobby that reflects her focus and attention to detail.
